On Saturday, Feb. 25, Central Florida will be treated to a concert featuring Grammy-winning recording artist Doug Cotler. The Annual Shakespeare Competition for Orange, Seminole and Osceola students in grades 9-12 sponsored by the English-Speaking Union of Central Florida will be held at The University Club of Winter Park at 4 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 27.
